Our trained counsellors can help support you in exploring your anxiety so that you can ultimately overcome it. Anxiety counselling can help you understand why you feel as you do which is an important first step in addressing your anxiety.

What is anxiety?

In the UK, a little over 1 in 10 of us will be living with an anxiety disorder at any one time – That’s over 8 million people. But everyone’s experience of anxiety disorders is different. Not everyone who has an anxiety disorder will experience the same symptoms. (Mental Health UK)

Counselling for anxiety

Treatment would focus on identifying how you feel as well as what has led to you feeling the way that you do. We will help you identify your triggers so that we can help you change the way you react to them. We can provide practical techniques for reframing negativity that can help change your behaviour positively.

Anxiety disorder can present in many ways which include : –

  • Social withdrawal and isolation
