Sharon Thomas
Introduction
I’m Sharon Thomas, a trauma therapist and clinical supervisor with a deep belief in people’s capacity to heal, even when their story has been heavy, hidden, or hard to tell. I offer a calm, compassionate space where therapy is led by your pace—not by pressure. Whether you’re working through trauma, anxiety, people-pleasing, or emotional burnout, we’ll gently explore what hurts, strengthen what helps, and build safer ground together.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in real-world compassion. I integrate evidence-based theory with creative, down-to-earth tools—always tailored to what works for you. As a clinical supervisor, I also support other therapists in developing confidence, ethical clarity, and reflective depth in their work. Therapy or supervision with me isn’t about perfection—it’s about presence, connection, and the courage to show up, one step at a time.
