Introduction

I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story! I want to help you achieve whatever solutions and life changes you are looking for, while experiencing yourself in new ways. Life is too short to surrender to fears, be controlled by past trauma, hold grudges, surrender to discrimination, or be anxious all the time. I want you to be free of emotional pain, break out of negative behavioural patterns, be able to deal with whatever life brings, and find meaning in all life areas. My approach is person-centred, inclusive and integrative. I aim to provide a safe and non-judgemental environment for you.

I am a Psychotherapist and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). My passion is to help adults struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, low moods, disorders related to trauma, low self-esteem, stress, relationship issues and many more. If life feels chaotic, or you feel like you should be content, but are not, then I can help!

I will draw from a range of therapies and interventions to help you overcome any obstacles that stand in the way of you being the person you want to be. I specialise in Clinical Behaviour Analysis, which encompasses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). I am also currently training in Schema Therapy.
