About Me

One of the bravest steps you can take is to start understanding your own story, and I’m here to support you on that journey. Whether you’re seeking solutions for specific challenges or looking to rediscover yourself, I provide a space where you can explore life’s difficulties while experiencing growth in new and meaningful ways.

Life is too short to be weighed down by anxiety, trauma, stress, or the pain of past experiences. My goal is to help you break free from emotional barriers, break out of negative patterns, and equip you with the tools to handle whatever life brings. Together, we can work toward a life that feels more authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with who you truly are.

How I Can Help

My experience spans a wide range of adult age groups (18+) and diverse populations, allowing me to offer tailored support that meets each individual’s unique needs. I have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those who are neurodivergent, and I provide a compassionate, inclusive environment where your unique needs are respected.

I am dedicated to helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, relationship challenges, bullying, discrimination, life transitions and many more

With a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed approach, my goal is to empower you to find freedom from emotional pain and create meaningful life changes. I am also culturally sensitive, with experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, including third-culture kids and individuals navigating cultural transitions.

If life feels chaotic, or you find yourself unfulfilled, I’m here to help guide you through the healing process.

My Approach

My approach is person-cantered, inclusive, and integrative—tailored to meet your unique needs. I provide both long term therapy and short term therapy.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I draw from Clinical Behaviour Analysis and behaviour therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy, combining evidence-based techniques to help you overcome obstacles and become the person you want to be.

Qualifications and Experience

I am a BACP Accredited psychotherapist and a Board Certified Behaviour analyst; specialising in Clinical Behaviour Analysis and therapy. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis and therapy; as well as a BSc [HONS] degree in Psychology. Additionally, I have trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy.
