Our Counselling and psychotherapy service
Our counselling service offers your employees help on issues that may be impacting on their performance. Issues may be work-related, including workplace disputes, or completely unrelated to work yet still impacting on performance at work. Our expert and experienced team of counsellors are able to work in partnership with you to create a happy and healthy workforce, helping to reduce sick leave in your organisation.
Our services are flexible and can be tailor made to suit your specific needs. We are conveniently located in Cardiff Bay opposite Cardiff Bay train station, offering sessions online and can also offer counselling/therapy on site at your premises.

Wellbeing Service on site at your premises
A 2-3 session model offering support, coping strategies and signposting to an appropriate service within your organisation or in the community. This service can be tailored around your needs.
