I’m a qualified, accredited, and practising Psychotherapist trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and a Trainee Counselling Psychologist at the University of South Wales. I have many years of experience working in helping roles in the charity sector, NHS, and private healthcare.

I offer face-to-face therapy utilising a CBT approach to help you to overcome your difficulties. CBT is a short-term and goal-driven talking therapy, which works towards understanding the link between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and how we can break negative cycles and develop healthier ways of coping. Sessions will focus on understanding your difficulties and exploring effective and bespoke tools and strategies that work for you. Together, we’ll look at everything that makes you who you are and focus on you as a unique individual and your relationship with the world around you. Therapy is led by you and what difficulties you wish to explore. 

Seeking support is often a daunting and vulnerable experience. I offer a safe, warm, calm, judgement-free, and friendly space to work through difficulties that may be limiting your life, whether that be your happiness, work, relationships etc. 

As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and someone living with a learning disability, I have a particular interest in supporting those within oppressed communities. As someone who has experienced discrimination and MH issues, I understand what it’s like to live in a world that stigmatises and doesn’t recognise our differences. This can be a lonely place.
