Well-facilitated Critical Incident Debriefings are advised with facilitators/therapists who are able to offer those affected with an understanding of how the trauma may affect them and equip them with strategies to move forward with. For example, using Circles of Vulnerability, individuals at low, medium and high risk can be identified and processes advised by certain criteria and degree of concern.
