Workplace Wellbeing
Therapeutic Support for Organisations and Employees
Talk in the Bay supports workplace wellbeing by working alongside organisations that care about their people and understand the link between mental health, engagement, and sustainable performance.
We provide therapeutic support for employees that can be shaped around the needs of your business. This may include individual therapy, short-term interventions, training, or ongoing support, depending on what is most appropriate for your team.
Our workplace wellbeing services are delivered across Cardiff and Swansea, from our professional therapy rooms in Cardiff Bay and Swansea city centre, as well as directly within the workplace. This flexibility allows organisations to support staff in a way that is practical, accessible, and proportionate to their needs.
While in-person therapy is often the preferred option, all workplace wellbeing services can also be delivered online where this is more suitable for your organisation or your employees.
If you would like to discuss how workplace wellbeing support could work within your organisation, please get in touch or download our printable brochure for more information on our workplace wellbeing services.
The 90-minute single-session model provides focused, early psychological support exactly when it’s most needed.
Unlike long-term counselling, it helps employees regain emotional balance and practical coping strategies quickly.
Single 90 Minute Session Therapy Model

This 90-minute single-session approach allows organisations to intervene quickly, delivering targeted support without the time, financial, and operational demands of standard long-term counselling pathways.

Regulate emotions and regain stability
Follow-up therapy sessions can be arranged where needed.
Facilitators can signpost additional therapy support if individual concerns arise beyond the remit of the session.
These sessions are delivered by Mandy Walsh who is a Director of Talk in the Bay and has been working with team leaders for the past 20 years.
Coaching for Team Leaders
We use principles from schema therapy to address persistent behavioural and interpersonal patterns affecting professional life. Usually delivered in 2–4 sessions.

Emotional support when dealing with complex staff situations
Guidance from a qualified professional
Increased professional confidence and wellbeing
Flexible Workplace Wellbeing Locations
Cardiff, Swansea, Online, and On-Site
We recognise that no two workplaces are the same. Our workplace wellbeing services are designed to fit around how your organisation operates and what will work best for your employees.
Talk in the Bay can deliver therapeutic support across a range of locations, allowing organisations to choose from our therapy locations based on practical need, confidentiality, and accessibility.
Our Therapy Rooms
Employees can attend sessions at our calm and welcoming therapy rooms in Cardiff Bay, located opposite Cardiff Bay train station, or in Swansea city centre. These settings provide a confidential and neutral space away from the workplace.
At Your Workplace
Where appropriate, therapy can be delivered on-site at your premises across the Cardiff and Swansea areas. Workplace-based sessions can reduce barriers to access, limit time away from work, and make support easier for employees to engage with.
Online Therapy
For remote teams or organisations with limited flexibility, workplace wellbeing support can also be delivered online. Online sessions provide the same level of professional care and confidentiality while allowing employees to access support from a suitable location.
Whether you are supporting one employee or developing a wider workplace wellbeing approach, services can be delivered through a single setting or a combination of locations.
