Introduction

I am a qualified therapist with over eight years of experience in providing psychological interventions for those feeling misunderstood or overwhelmed. I have worked in private clinics, charities, held workshops, and taught at university. Therapy can help us learn more about ourselves and how we relate to others. Together, we will explore your unique experiences while creating meaningful change in a way that works for you.

I have both personal and professional experience working with those from ethnic minority and religious backgrounds, young people, and neurodivergent individuals, including those with high-functioning autism (ASD), attention-deficit traits (ADHD). I understand some of the unique dynamics of working with OCD, relationships, anxiety, stress, burnout, trauma, or harm in religious institutions.

As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I am committed to offering high-quality, ethical therapeutic support for you. My approach is integrative and grounded in a pluralistic philosophy, which means I fit the therapy to you, rather than trying to fit you into therapy. I use a mix of cognitive behavioural tools, psychodynamic theory, and person-centred principles to tailor therapy to your unique perspective and lived experience. Taking the first step can be difficult, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you in making sense of things, finding your footing, and working toward the life you want — in a way that works for you. Take care, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
