Jess tailors her counselling approach to the persons needs and believes the counselling relationship is fundamental to the process. She is currently undertaking formal training towards schema certification and introduces aspects of schema therapy into her work to help issues that need a deeper level of work or for people who have issues that keep arising throughout their life time. She is able to use a combination of CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), psychodynamic and relational therapy and enjoys working in a solution focussed and collaborative way. Jess aims to provide you with a safe, non-judgemental and nurturing environment to talk about your issues and welcomes all enquiries and questions about whether she would be the best suited counsellor for you.
